What it covers
Six modules, each ending
in something you can use
on Monday.
The curriculum was set by the panel around the questions principals actually bring — not around a textbook. Each module closes with a worked artefact: an observation form, an audit sheet, a fee note, a job description.
Converting curriculum requirements into purposeful classroom experiences. How a plan should be specific enough to teach from and short enough that a teacher actually writes it. What a head should read a plan for, and what to leave alone.
You leave with: a one-page lesson plan format your school can adopt.
Collecting evidence about teaching and learning rather than forming an impression, then giving feedback a teacher can use rather than resent. Covers observation windows, note-taking, the feedback conversation and what to do when a teacher disagrees.
You leave with: an observation form and a feedback script.
Defining what students should know, understand and be able to do — in language that a teacher can plan against and a parent can recognise at a meeting. Writing outcomes that are checkable without becoming trivial.
You leave with: outcomes written for one grade and subject in your own school.
Examining processes and outcomes together so strengths and gaps are named with evidence. Running an internal audit cycle, deciding what to sample, and reporting it to a board without either alarming or reassuring them falsely.
You leave with: an audit sheet and a reporting template.
Planning support around diagnosed learning needs rather than around whoever happens to be failing. Screening, grouping, timetabling remedial time that teachers will actually protect, and knowing when to exit a child from support.
You leave with: a screening-to-support pathway for your school.
Measuring learning, returning feedback quickly enough to matter, and using the evidence to change what happens next term. Balancing board requirements against internal assessment that is genuinely diagnostic.
You leave with: an assessment calendar and a feedback turnaround standard.
How it runs
Two days, an open floor,
and an assessment.
Sessions are not lectures. Participants bring live cases from their own schools and the panel answers them in front of the room.
Day one — the academic core
Lesson planning, classroom observation, learning outcomes and academic audit. Runs from the opening address through to a working session where each participant audits one aspect of their own school.
08 Aug 2026
09:30–17:30
Day two — the institution
Human resources, governance and compliance, finance, admissions and parent trust. Closes with an open floor in which the panel takes cases from the room.
09 Aug 2026
09:30–16:30
Assessment
A short written assessment plus one submitted artefact from your own school — an observation record, an audit sheet or a remedial pathway. Assessed by the academic panel.

Take the details
to your board.
The brochure carries the full schedule, the panel, the fee structure and the certification arrangement — everything a management committee asks before approving a spend.
Participant feedback
What principals said after the last cohort.
Seats for the August cohort are open.
Cohorts are capped so that every participant can put their own case to the panel.
