One certification. Four working intensives.
Every programme is contact-intensive, dated, assessed, and closes with a certificate entered in the NIET register. Short courses can also be run inside your own school for a full leadership team.
Short certified courses
One day. One part of the job.
Each short course is a single module of the flagship, run at full depth. Take them separately, or use them as in-school training for heads of department.
Building high-performing educational institutions. Hiring for a school is not hiring for an office: you are recruiting people who will be alone in a room with thirty children, and you often cannot pay market rate. This course covers what actually works.
- Writing a teaching job description that filters instead of flattering
- Interviewing for classroom judgement, not for confidence
- Appraisal that a teacher accepts — evidence, not impression
- Retention: why good teachers leave, and the three things that keep them
- The difficult conversation, the documented warning, and lawful exit
Resource person: Pardeep Shukla · President, AIPA Chandigarh chapter
Governance, compliance and money. The part of the job that keeps principals awake, taught by a chartered accountant who audits schools and advises education trusts.
- Trust and society compliance: what must be filed, and when
- Fee structure, fee regulation and how to defend the arithmetic
- Statutory registers, minutes and the paperwork an inspection asks for
- Budgeting a school year; where surpluses legitimately go
- Audit readiness — being ready before you are asked
Resource person: CA Sanjay Gupta · M.Com, FCA, CS, ICWAI, LL.B
Trust, brand and admissions. Schools do not grow on advertising; they grow on what one parent says to another at a birthday party. This course is about deliberately shaping that sentence.
- What parents actually judge a school on in the first ten minutes
- The admissions conversation as an act of teaching, not selling
- Communication rhythm: what to send home, how often, in whose voice
- Handling a complaint so it produces an advocate
- Measuring reputation without pretending it is a number
Resource person: Satbir Singh · State President, AIPA Punjab
From lesson plan to learning outcome. The academic core of the flagship, run as a standalone day for academic heads and coordinators.
- Lesson planning: turning curriculum requirements into classroom experiences
- Classroom observation: collecting evidence, then giving usable feedback
- Learning outcomes: defining what students should know, understand and do
- Academic audit: examining processes and outcomes to name strengths and gaps
- Remedial education: planning support around diagnosed needs
- Assessment and evaluation: measuring learning and acting on the evidence
Resource persons: Komal Sharma · Shashi Kant Misra
